Dealing with anxiety

I don't really know how to start this post off but, here goes nothing. I'm a worrier, I always have been but recently it started getting bad...really bad. I wasn't sure why I was feeling this way and my first thought, was an asthma attack. Even, those weren't as bad and that's a totally different thing. No, this was something new...almost a foreign concept when I had no idea. I still don't but I'm getting through it. Day by day. Deep breaths...you know that sort of thing. I can't stop it but I can try to control it. I still have a lot of research to do.

Do you have tips on dealing with anxiety? What keeps you calm and happy?

Thank you so much, boy that felt good to get of my chest. Time to move forward I can't let this control me.
