Well, this is a straight forward post. It’s already been known that Netflix and I are besties like seriously that’s a loyal friend. Even so there are things that I enjoy besides binge watching shows. Depending on what or how I’m feeling determines what I do for the day.

I spend MOST of my time in my room alone— watching Netflix but sometimes, my Tv needs the rest. My body tenses up from pain and muscles spasms and hot tea calms me down from the inside...if that makes sense. Reading also comes me down and it fascinates me how a love story can unfold. Warm oils helps my muscles on the outside… and I'm relaxed. I write a To-do list so my brain doesn't explode and then I could usually fall asleep after a difficult day.
PAIN MANAGEMENT UPDATE
The pain managing oil that I was hoping to help keep my pain at a 6 is actually helping. I’m so happy that I don’t have to rely solely on pain pills— finding a more natural way to deal with the bad days. There will always be bad days and it’s something I have to live with but, I’m taking my life back one day at a time.
Alone time + Relaxing = Goes hand and hand with unwinding on a stressful day.
